Returns and refunds

Returns: We accept returns for unused, unopened items within 7 days of delivery exclude shipping cost . buyer need to pay the return shipping cost,Please contact us first to request a return authorization.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged/Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please send us photos within 7 days of delivery, and we will offer a replacement or full refund or resend.
